Your First Lesson
How to prepare for the first lesson
- download the letter for beginners
- If you do not arrive 30 minutes before the lesson, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Download registration form, complete and bring to us at the reception.
- Women – wear bra tops/vests and shorts/leggings.
- Men – wear shorts/trunks sweat pants not advised!
- Bring a mat, 2 large towels, bottle of water (all items available at the studio at czk 20/item) and an open mind.
- We recommend not to eat 2 hours prior to the class and to drink plenty of water during whole day. In case of morning lessons, do not practice on an empty stomach. We recommend you eat something light.
- Be prepared to work hard and sweat during 90 minutes.
- Bare feet only in the studio.
