Radka started Bikram yoga 10 years ago. What he remembers, the beginnings were not easy. At the time, she was working in film production, studying at a distance learning college of special education, and at that time she was struggling a lot with stress and an unhealthy lifestyle.

After completing her master's degree, she decided to quit her job in production and go to California, which had always been her dream. Of course, after some time she started practicing Bikram yoga in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. After a one-year stay in the USA, she moved to Copenhagen, where she went to find love. 

A year ago, she decided to return to her native Prague. In April 2016, she took part in the championship, and in May she immediately left for Bikram yoga training in India. He has been teaching in the Prague studio since July 2016.

Radka enjoys the whole series of positions, except the position of the hands by the feet and the position in the stretch. Some practical advice. To stay focused, focus only on yourself in the mirror, turn off the autopilots and listen to the dialogue at 100%, keep control of your breath for the entire 90 minutes, mainly in the position of Standing on one leg with your head on your knee. And most importantly, try to walk regularly, even if you don't feel like it, it will keep you in shape and you will feel better overall, both physically and mentally. And finally, the last piece of advice. Enjoy every lesson to the fullest, do your best, don't compare yourself to others, don't try to prove anything to anyone, it's all about you :)
