Prague, 14-17 May 2026

A word from the organiser

This event is inspired by Tereza’s hugely popular Czech long-weekend mountain retreats, adapted to international audience and held in her Bikram studio in Prague.

It is a unique opportunity to learn from this impressive lady beyond her usual championship masterclasses and occasional international workshops, while visiting one of the most stunning capital cities of Europe.

Tereza’s knowledge, experience, honesty and teaching style are next to none and her energy, passion for excellence and sense of humour are contagious.

I hope you can join us in beautiful springtime Prague.

Get in touch, spaces are limited. See you there, if not on the mat before.

Jitka (home at Sadhana Yoga and Bikram Yoga London)

From previous city break participants:

“I had been practising Bikram for a very long time and thought that I had seen and heard it all. I returned to London with realigned posture and spine, happier joints, deeper practice and a brand-new set of ears for the Bikram dialogue. I have since been more inspired to come to class.”

“I had the best time and thank you, Tereza, for opening my mind and body. Food was delicious and the studio spacious and welcoming. Learnt so much.”

“It was an absolutely amazing experience, especially having the opportunity to work with a teacher like Tereza. She is truly inspirational, and I love her teaching style. It really resonates with me in a way that encourages growth and transformation, both as a practitioner and as a teacher. I will definitely be coming back to Prague.”

“The studio has an incredible energy – so warm, welcoming, and true to the raw spirit of Bikram yoga. I genuinely enjoyed every class I attended.”

ACCOMMODATION

There are countless options in Prague ranging from studio apartments to 5-star hotels in the historic centre. Please have a look online and see what is right for you. Let us know if you need any advice. If you are coming on your own and would prefer to share a hotel room/Airbnb (and/or an airport taxi ride), we will connect you with others in the group.

Public transport in Prague is superb and very affordable. Tereza’s studio is easily reachable from any part of Prague and is a 2-min walk from the newly re-opened tube/underground station ‘Pankrac’ (underground line C) and trams. The historic Prague centre is within 10 to 15-min reach from nearby tram or underground stops, or by taxi.

Hotel suggestions close to the studio:

  • Hotel Panorama (4-star), across the street and 5-min walk from Tereza’s Bikram studio and next to a shopping centre ‘Arkády’. It is the most convenient and popular choice, and a great value for money if you book at the right time. Booking directly gets you free access to the hotel’s wellness area (a pool, sauna, steam and access to massages and treatments).

  • Hotel Oya (3-star), a more basic but decent hotel 3-min walk from the studio.

  • Grand Hotel Prague Towers (5-star), 2 underground stops from the studio, fantastic views, can be great value if booked at the right time

  • Holiday Inn Prague by IHG (4-star), 2 underground stops from the studio (same as above), good value unless there’s an event in the conference centre next door.
