Eva Sil
Eva is a fashion designer with her own brand Siluet mode. That's why Eva SIL. discovered Bikram yoga in October 2006, almost fell in the first class, but didn't give up and soon fell in love with the "rough" 90-minute series. She walked to class almost every day from her shop in Old Town. It became an addiction and she gradually fell into a more advanced party/Yoga Sport group. 4 times she stood on the podium at the Czech National Championships. In the spring of 2011 she fulfilled her dream and went to Teacher Training in Los Angeles. It was one of the best decisions of her life. Upon her return, she made a few workout outfits, had great success, and the Siluet YOGA WEAR line was born.
She considers Bikram Yoga Prague her second family, and besides all the wonderful benefits for body and soul, she has made many friends there. It is an oasis where she loves to come back, a place where she simultaneously unloads in the best sense of the word and leaves reborn. Teaching and passing on Bikram Yoga is more of a privilege than a job for Eva, seeing clients change and blossom is an amazing feeling and the greatest reward. She puts her best and a piece of herself into everything she does, whether it's teaching or working for Siluet Yoga Wear.
