SKILL CLASS

Skills classes focuses on the hips, spine, lifts or inversions.

 

Each class focuses on one of these skills and consists of warm-up exercises,

fitness drills and specific position training within all levels of difficulty.

They are methodically built to set the right patterns of movement and improve the technique

positions of basic and sports lessons. They are a great complement to other sports activities and ideal prevention against injuries or other chronic problems of the musculoskeletal system.

Classes are led only by certified yoga instructors with several years of experience who have completed the IYSF-accredited Sports Yoga and Skills class educational program.
