YOGA SPORT CLASSES also for beginners!

In the class you will learn about other positions, improve your practice and meet there our champions, who have practised progressive class for more than 10 years. 

Now we invite you to this lesson as well!

EVERY TUESDAY 12:00 PM at Pankrác studio

and WEDNESDAY 7:30 PM at Vodičkova studio!

 

WHAT IS YOGA SPORT CLASS? 

YOGA SPORT class is 90 minutes long lesson where yoga positions change more quickly and you probably will not hold in those for such long. Unlike the classic Bikram lesson, which is considered completely therapeutic, YOGA SPORT class is a series that brings up your potential. Come and break your stereotypes and discover your new possibillities. This lesson is suitable for everyone including beginners and adapted by its difficulty to all levels.

BEGINNERS AND YOGA SPORT CLASS

We also recommend YOGA SPORT class to those who do not have a lot of yoga experience, however it is not suitable for those who have never practiced Bikram Yoga before. We highly recommend you to start with the 10 Days for Beginners and 1. Month for Beginners and then we are looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday at 12pm and Wednesday at 7:30pm.
