Studio Pankrác

For your lessons you can borrow or buy a mat, towel and water. You can also buy special clothes designed just for Bikram Yoga. In other words, you do not need to bring anything to the studio.

Modern air ventilation ensures the supply of heated fresh air into the room and the whole area evenly.

We practice on towels and mats to absorb sweat. We regularly wash the mats in the washing machine at 60 degrees. After each lesson the mats are treated with antibacterial agent. On the floor in the hall is a brand new wooden floors treated with anti-slip coating.

Support facilities include a reception area with a smiling staff, locker rooms with lockers, showers and toilets.

After the lesson, you can refresh yourself in our Juice bar, which offers plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable juices. For immediate hydration we recommend high-quality coconut water, which drives away thirst and helps to replace minerals. For lunch you will always find a choice of soup and salads, or rice rolls wraps.

Moms and Dads will like our kid‛s club with professional child minder for children from one to three years old.

The Pankrác location allows a very easy public transport access and from Pankrác metro station it is 
less than 200 meters to the studio. In the Arcade Business Center you can park free of charge first two hours.

However parking is blocked in the Prague 4 area by a parking zone for the city district residents only.

On the main street you can use the mixed parking lot, which is charged from 8:00 - 20:00 30Kč/hour.
