Regiina is originally from Estonia. She discovered Bikram Yoga 6 years ago in the U.S. on the island of Key West. She has two daughters and she is on maternity leave. She began to train Bikram Yoga three months after the birth of her first daughter. She was looking for some postpartum exercises, because she wanted to get back into shape. By chance she went for a walk with her baby around the Bikram Yoga studio in Key West. This studio has a huge windows into the street and just ran an hour Bikram Yoga. the next day she went to try it out. From the first lesson of Bikram Yoga, she knew that for her it's exactly the right form of exercise. She also practise over the entire second pregnancy. Bikram Yoga gives her strength in everyday life, keeping fit her body and soul. yoga taught her discipline and patience.
- Favorite Posture
- Every Bikram Yoga posture affects and changes the body. I like the postures where it opens and stretches the chest. My favorite posture is the camel pose. I like the feeling of relief after this pose.
- Least Favorite Posture
- Least I like the bow posture on the floor. To me, it pushes too much on the stomach and digestive system. Paradoxically, what posture I like the least, I need the most. Absolutely, I believe this system with 26 postures and two breathing exercises, which was compiled Bikram Choudhury. That is why I am helping others, inspiring them and passing to them to the magic of Bikram Yoga.
